Getting New Members

This is a message to all the current members of First Impressions.
Since the site has opened, we have reached 10 members and suddenly all activity has ended.
I would like to urge members to try and recruit as many new members as they can, be it through friends, acquaintances, other forums or even sites such as tumblr!
If you have any ideas how we can recruit new members then please post them below!
Any comments are greatly appreciated.

Hi, I invited shigeru, but otherwise nothing much happens. Maybe we could persuade people from other RPG sites to come over here instead. janeaustenrpg.proboards.com/index.cgi for example have 16 members but the most recent post was Oct 2006, when the administrator left the site, so they have a good reason to join this much more active site instead.
To keep the site more active and to attract more members we could perhaps allow people to "share" characters so that there is a greater possibility of a character being online when you want to role play. I mean, if my character is Miss Elliot, when I'm online only I am allowed to be/play her but whenever I'm offline and someone else is online who wants to play Miss Elliot, he/she can do that.
Just a thought.

Posting in the other RPG sites seems like a good idea! Maybe messaging other members would work just as well, as you are currently a member!
As to the other idea, if we could figure out how that would be possible we could try it but as of yet we have no way of pulling it off.
