If you are granted a new residence, you must keep it up to scratch and active. All forum rules still apply.
Note: not all members will secure their own residence. You must be an active member and follow forum rules.
All new members will be given a two week trial period. If your residence stays active and tidy for this amount of time, then your residence will stay there.
Boards will be checked for activity ever 1/2 months. If a residence has been inactive for 3 weeks+ it will be put on the inactive list. If there is still no activity it will be sent to the graveyard. You must then reapply for your residence.
